Quality pack
Monthly service-quality pack
A dated folder of availability, retainability, latency and congestion charts with a two-page narrative for the SLA meeting.
Who it is for
Radio planning leads, fixed-access quality managers, and MVNO wholesale teams in the United Kingdom who must walk a monthly SLA pack into a review with finance or a major enterprise customer.
What you receive
A bound PDF pack plus editable chart files covering the agreed KPI dictionary, with method notes so a colleague who was not on the call can defend a dip without guessing.
Scope
One operator brand or one contracted slice of the network (for example a named county cluster, a fibre footprint, or an MVNO APN group). Up to twelve KPIs drawn from OSS performance-management files, probe samples, or drive-test extracts you supply.
Included
- KPI dictionary freeze at kick-off (names, formulas, aggregation, exclusions)
- Reconciliation of missing counters and late PM files, listed in an appendix
- Chart set: time series, worst cells or exchanges, and a one-page exception list
- Two-page narrative in plain English for the review chair
- A 45-minute walkthrough call in the week of delivery
Not included
- Live network changes, parameter retunes, or vendor ticket chasing
- New probe hardware, SIM farms, or field drive-test crews
- Legal representation in a dispute or regulator filing
Who prepares it
Prepared at Content Pathline in Emley, West Yorkshire, by a quality-reporting analyst who has worked OSS extracts for UK 2G/3G/4G/5G and FTTP footprints.
Sequence of work
- Scoping note: you send last month’s extract layout and the SLA clause that the pack must satisfy.
- Dictionary freeze: we agree formulas, busy-hour definition, and which cells or cabinets sit outside the contract.
- Build: charts and exception tables, then a draft narrative you can mark up once.
- Delivery: PDF pack, source charts, and the walkthrough call.
Time
Ten working days from receipt of complete extracts for a standard monthly cadence. First-month packs often take fifteen working days while the dictionary is settled.
Where the work happens
Remote from 92 Whitchurch Road, Emley. On-site walkthroughs in England and Wales by arrangement, charged as travel time.
What we need from you
A sample week of PM files or probe CSV, the SLA schedule (even a redacted one), and a named reviewer who can answer formula questions within two working days.
Limits
We do not hold your live OSS passwords. Extracts travel by the file method you already use with other suppliers. Packs cover the period in the extracts; we will not invent a trend for days with no files.
Fees
From £2,400 for a first monthly pack once the dictionary is agreed. Repeat months from £1,650 when the layout is unchanged. Quotes rise with extra geographies, extra brands, or a same-week turnaround.
Send the KPI list and the SLA clause you need the pack to answer via the enquiry form.
