Fees
What a pack costs, and what moves the quote
Prices below are starting points for work delivered from Emley. A first month is heavier because the dictionary freeze still has to happen. Repeat months assume the same KPI list, the same geography, and extracts that arrive in the same layout.
| Commission | Starting fee | What usually changes the figure |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly service-quality pack (first month) | From £2,400 | More than twelve KPIs, two brands, or a same-week turnaround. |
| Monthly pack (repeat month, unchanged layout) | From £1,650 | A dictionary change, extra counties, or a second narrative for a customer annex. |
| Enterprise SLA evidence pack | From £3,100 | Number of clauses, redaction needs, and whether a face-to-face review is required. |
| Drive-test charting and commentary | From £1,900 per named route set | Log volume, number of radio access technologies, and whether MOS files are included. |
| Incident-window reconstruction | From £2,200 | Length of the window, number of elements, and how fragmented the extracts are. |
| Quarterly board quality briefing | From £1,450 | Whether we already hold the quarter’s monthly packs, or must rebuild from raw files. |
How we quote
Send the SLA clause, a sample week of files, and the geography in words. We return a scoping note with a fee, a delivery week, and a list of what the files cannot support. On-site walkthroughs in England and Wales are quoted as travel time on top of the pack fee. We do not take card payments on this site; invoices follow the scoping note.
