Privacy notice
Content Pathline is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and through commissioned quality packs. Office: 92 Whitchurch Road, Emley, HD8 1RN, United Kingdom. Email: hello@content-pathline.click. Telephone: 07880253515.
What we collect
From the enquiry form: name, work email, chosen pack, optional review period, and the message you write. From email or telephone: the same categories, plus any files you attach. From cookies: the consent choice stored in your browser and, if you accept analytics cookies, limited page-path information as described in the cookie notice.
Extracts for a quality pack may contain technical identifiers (cell names, cabinet IDs, exchange codes). We ask you not to send subscriber-level records. If an extract nevertheless contains personal data, we process it only to produce the pack you commissioned and to answer follow-up questions.
Why we process it
Enquiries: to reply with a scoping note or a clarifying question, on the basis of steps taken at your request before a contract. Commissioned packs: to perform the contract. Invoices and accounting: to meet UK legal obligations. A short archive of delivered packs: our legitimate interest in answering a later dispute about what was tabled, balanced against the sensitivity of network files.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for twelve months. Accepted commissions, invoices and the delivered pack are kept for six years after the invoice year, which is the window in which a contractual claim may still arise. Cookie consent in localStorage remains until you clear it. Analytics records, if you accepted them, are kept for thirteen months.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction, or objection, and you may ask for portability of data you provided. These rights are not absolute where we must keep invoices or defend a claim. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). We would rather hear first at hello@content-pathline.click.
International transfers
The desk is in Emley. Email and file transfer may pass through processors in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area. If a processor sits elsewhere, we use a UK-approved transfer mechanism such as the UK Addendum to the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, and we will name the processor in the scoping note when extracts leave our direct control.
Sharing
We do not sell enquiry lists. We share data with an accountant or insurer when a claim or invoice requires it, and with a host that stores this static website. We do not use enquiry contents to train public models.
